I reached out to Kim about getting a quote for mine and my husband's cars because we had became very unhappy with our old insurance company and their customer service. Kim got back to me within minutes and then Matt reached out to me with my quote within 20 minutes and got us double the coverage that we were getting with our old insurance company for around the same price! Everyone has been so great with us, the customer service alone sold us so, thank you!

Easy and helpful experience in changing carriers. Questions were answered promptly and the answers were supported with policy language. Premium costs is down and coverage expanded. Great service.
